WEDDING WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wedding Post offers two types of website, ready-to-go ("standard") and individually designed ("designer"). Standard and designer websites consist of webpage templates and form pages which together are referred to as a wedding website.
Wedding Post maintains this website (http://www.weddingpost.co.nz) as a service to its customers ("users"). When you order a Wedding Post website you become a user, and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review the terms and conditions carefully.
Services
Wedding Post will provide each user with a website consisting of the templates and forms required to create the user's personal wedding website. Wedding Post will host all content for the user's website for up to one year from the date the website is ordered. The user's wedding website will be removed after the expiry date, or when the user requests removal, whichever comes first. Wedding Post will notify the user one month before their wedding website is due to expire. Users will have the option of extending the hosting period for their wedding websites. Wedding Post websites can only be hosted by an authorised Wedding Post agent.
Prices
Prices quoted are for standard wedding websites as described in the features page of this website.
Payment by Cheque
Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 12.5%. Payment must be received within fourteen days of the date of ordering your wedding website via Wedding Post website. All cheques must be made payable to Wedding Post. This method of payment is available only to holders of bank accounts held in New Zealand.
Payment by Credit Card
PayPal is a secure online credit card payment facility. Prices (including GST of 12.5%) are quoted in United States dollars, and are converted by PayPal to New Zealand dollars at the current exchange rate. The New Zealand price for any wedding website package is calculated at an exchange rate of .
Limitation of liability
Wedding Post is not responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by the users on their wedding website. The users unconditionally guarantee that they own all text, graphics and photographs included in their wedding website, or that they have permission from the rightful owner to use these items. Wedding Post reserves the right to refuse to publish anything it considers to be offensive, or damaging information or photographs. Wedding Post is not responsible for any delays in a visitor accessing a user's wedding website due to the performance of the visitor's internet service provider or the functioning of the internet at the time of access. Wedding Post will take all reasonable steps to provide uninterrupted delivery of service. Wedding Post is not liable for any delays or interruptions in service resulting from maintenance or upgrade of code, hosting problems, unsolicited entry to the website, viruses, or any other circumstances.
Ownership
All code, HTML, templates, graphics or other computer-related work undertaken by Wedding Post, whether standard or designer, remain the sole property of Wedding Post. Upon payment, the user of a standard wedding website is assigned a one-year, non-exclusive lease of a wedding website. Upon payment, the user of a designer wedding website is assigned a one-year, exclusive lease of a wedding website. Wedding Post retains the right to display graphics and other web design elements for designer websites in its portfolio as examples of its work. All information and graphics supplied by the user remain the property and the responsibility of the user.
Privacy
Wedding Post will not release, sell or advertise any personal information about its users without their consent.
Modifications
Wedding Post reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Termination
Wedding Post may terminate access by Users to the Site and/or the provision of any of the services offered by Wedding Post at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this Site or Users' failure to comply with this Terms of Use. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief which Wedding Post may be entitled to, at law or in equity.
